Our two piece hat and channel framing system has been designed to provide maximum design flexibility while allowing installation over any subsurface.

Hat sections are available in 22 gauge and 24 gauge steel and .032 aluminum. Channel sections are available in 18 gauge, 22 gauge and 24 gauge steel and in .050 aluminum. Sections are factory formed to assure that close tolerances are maintained. Standard section lengths are 20 feet, but sections may be run to any length required.

The hat section serves as both vertical framing and horizontal stringers. The channel section is used as both a connection piece and to provide additional structural strength to the hat section. All load calculations have been provided by independent structural engineers.

Our structural framing system is designed to provide a strong, economical framing system for use in fascia, mansard, equipment screen and soffit applications.
